What You’ll Do: 

• Answer a multi-line phone system
• Welcome incoming customers, visitors and potential employees
• Maintain and update the company database and calendars
• Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
• Enforce standards and guidelines within the office
• General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area

What You’ll Bring:  

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative or clerical experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Ability and desire to learn new things
