The Warehouse Manager maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items as well as assists with hiring, training and supervising staff. The Warehouse Supervisor sets, oversees and participates in warehouse operational standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervises and directs warehouse staff, putting worker safety as a top priority.
• Maintains shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts while completing necessary daily/monthly reporting.
• Ensures shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders, coordinates inventory transfers with the Production Department.
• Maintains inventory and storage area.
• Supervises and inspects all forklift activities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years warehouse experience
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a warehouse position Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations as well as input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Forklift certification.
