Job Summary: The Call Center Supervisor provides training and support for Call Center Agents by identifying training opportunities and improving metrics with ongoing call center development and training programs. Our ideal candidate will create a culture of excellence in customer service by providing initial and supplemental training to all Call Center Employees. The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for coaching employees with the goal of improving sales support and overall customer satisfaction, and will strive to uphold high customer service standards and elevate the brand in every interaction. This individual will assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products and troubleshooting techniques, analyze data, and focus on improving performance and processes to better support customers.
